720 Shop Management — Last updated July 9, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of 720 Shop Management (the “Service”), a shop-management software platform operated by Automotive Diagnostics LLC, d/b/a 720 Shop Management (“we,” “us,” or “Company”). By creating an account or using the Service, you (“you” or the “Shop”) agree to these Terms.
720 Shop Management provides web-based tools for automotive shops to manage customers, vehicles, estimates, repair orders, parts, invoicing, and related communications. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your business to these Terms.
You retain ownership of the data you enter into the Service, including your customer and vehicle records (“Shop Data”). You grant us a limited license to host and process Shop Data solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of Shop Data and for having the necessary rights and consents to enter it, including any personal information about your customers.
The Service can send transactional messages on your behalf, such as estimate links, vehicle-ready notifications, and secure payment links. These messages are sent only to customers who have an active repair order and whose contact information you provide.
You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent to contact your customers and for complying with applicable laws (including the TCPA and CAN-SPAM) when using the messaging features.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it without authorization, interfering with its operation, uploading unlawful content, or using it to send unsolicited or unlawful messages. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, Stripe for payments — including in-person card payments via Stripe Terminal — Twilio for SMS, Intuit/QuickBooks Online for optional accounting sync, and our hosting and email providers). Your use of those features may be subject to the third parties’ terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or non-payment. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete Shop Data after a reasonable retention period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
